1.General
The following terms and conditions and any other related rules made available in writing by CUiRASÉX (collectively the “Terms of Sale”) are applicable to all products that you (the “Customer”) may order from CUiRASÉX on the Site.
PLEASE READ THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS ON THE SITE. THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS OF SALE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SALE, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON THE SITE.
2. Registration
In order to place an order through the Site, you will have the option to register and create an online account. During this process, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as your legal name, date of birth, phone number and email address.
Upon completion of your registration on the Site, you will receive by email a confirmation that your online registration was successful and a summary of your personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe and secure at all times. CUiRASÉX will not be held responsible or liable for any misuse of your account in the event that a third party has access to and uses your password and account login in any way.
We may change the information required to place an order or the registration requirements from time to time. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for more details. When placing an order through the Site, you will be required to provide other personal information as applicable, such as shipping address, billing address and payment details. Additional information may be collected by CUiRASÉX or its third party providers at this time for security and anti-fraud purposes. You represent and warrant that the personal information you provide via the Site is true, valid, complete and up-to-date in all respects, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the shipping (unless the item is a gift) and billing information provided. Should any of the information you provide on the Site change, please login to your account and update such information directly on the Site.
3. Purchasing
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS/
To register or place an order through the Site, you must have reached the age of maturity (which in most countries is 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract). If you are under the age of majority or cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian review these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Notice and register or place an order on your behalf. Any orders placed in contravention to this provision shall be null and void.
THE RESALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE SITE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
ORDER PLACEMENT/
Orders will be processed as follows: Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Bag” button to place this product in your shopping bag. You may review your selections at any time by clicking the Bag icon in the right-hand corner of the Site. To proceed to checkout, click on the “Checkout” button. The contents of your Cart will be displayed and you will have an opportunity to review your selections and remove items by clicking on “Remove” next to the chosen product in the Cart. When you are ready to place the order, select the “Checkout” button. You will again have an opportunity to review your order and to remove any items by clicking the “Remove” button.
During Checkout, you will be prompted to select your Checkout Method. You may checkout as a Guest or Register with the Site. (See above for additional information regarding registration.) If you have previously registered, you will have the opportunity to log in to your account. You will then be required to provide your billing and shipping information, select a shipping method, and supply your payment information. After you have provided your payment information, you will have a final opportunity to review your order. Once you are satisfied with your selections and the information provided, click the “Add to Cart” button to submit your order. On placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to CUiRASÉX to purchase the products, in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
All orders are subject to availability, address verification and credit approval. Once your entire order is submitted, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, your order may not be processed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, CUiRASÉX reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate any order placed by a Customer at any moment in time. For example, CUiRASÉX may refuse your order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if CUiRASÉX reasonably suspects that you have violated these Terms of Sale or the Terms of Use or that you have engaged in fraudulent or gray market activities.
PRICES & TAXES/
Item prices may vary depending on the country and region the order is being shipped to, as well as the currency being used to pay for the item(s). In order to ensure the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery fees while browsing, please select the desired shipping country.
PAYMENT METHODS/
CUiRASÉX currently accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.
CHARGING YOUR CARD/
When ordering on the Site, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. You hereby represent and confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card that you will use for payment and that your payment details are correct.
The transaction amount will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed merchandise availability. The transaction amount is deducted automatically from your account once the order is submitted, the card is approved.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to CUiRASÉX, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and CUiRASÉX will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
By making an offer to purchase CUiRASÉX products on the Site, you expressly authorize CUiRASÉX to perform credit checks and, where CUiRASÉX deems necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
4. Shipping
CUiRASÉX takes orders for delivery to addresses in most countries worldwide. Please note that CUiRASÉX is unable to deliver to PO boxes, Army Post Office, and Fleet Post office.
Unless specified otherwise, all CUiRASÉX products are made-to-order and require a six to twelve-week minimum lead time. Please see each item's product detail page for individual product current lead time, and shipping service. CUiRASÉX packages are shipped via DHL international shipping service. Delivery can take place in 3-5 business days. Orders are usually picked packed and ready to ship within two business days of completing your order. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
Our shipments are delivered DAP (Delivery At Place), which entails that the recipient of the shipment assumes responsibility for any potential import duties and taxes associated with the international order(s), both before and after receiving them. Import duties are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Regrettably, we have no authority over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of their costs, as customs policies vary from country to country. It is advisable to contact your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges. Please be aware that customers bear full liability for any customs charges, even if they decline to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes. For customers in the United States, orders under $800 can be imported without incurring any import duties. Australian customers enjoy the benefit of orders under 1000AU$ being exempt from import duties. Likewise, UK customers are not subject to import duties on orders under £135.

To obtain accurate and up-to-date information, we highly recommend that customers directly contact their local customs office. Customs policies can vary significantly from country to country, and we want to ensure our customers have the most accurate information regarding any potential duty and tax charges. Please reach out to your local customs office to obtain precise details, so you can make informed decisions regarding your international order.
6. Returns
Unless specified otherwise, all CUiRASÉX products are made-to-order, and therefore can not be returned or exchanged. For defective goods and all other merchandise that are not made-to-order must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets, packaging materials, certificate of authenticity, dust bags must be included and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your Return Authorization Number clearly documented. You have 30 days to return an item/items once you have received your order.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR CLAIMS:
To ensure a smooth resolution process for any issues related to damaged or incorrect products, partial orders, missing items, or quantity discrepancies, we kindly request you to follow the instructions below:
- Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for an exchange or claim regarding the product.
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery.
- An unboxing video is required for all claims related to your order.
- Ensure that the video is taken from a distance to capture the complete process of opening the package.
- The unboxing video should cover all sides of the package and must be recorded in a single take without any pauses or cuts. Please carefully inspect the product during the video recording. Once you are satisfied with your order, you may stop the video.
- Start the unboxing video from the moment you begin opening the parcel and continue until you have thoroughly inspected the contents. If you notice any issues with the product, kindly capture them in the video.
- If you have received a defective item, damaged goods, the wrong product, a partial order, or if any items are missing or the quantity is incorrect, please submit the video within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- For any items that may have been damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, it is essential that you send us the unboxing video as evidence.
- In the case of any missing or broken items, we will initiate a refund or exchange only after reviewing the 360-degree opening video.
We appreciate your cooperation in providing the unboxing video as it helps us evaluate and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Refund
Only orders that arrived defective are eligible for refund. Returned defective goods are processed within two working days from receipt at the warehouse, with refunds following within 14 business days to count from the arrival of your returned parcel at our workshop.
For an order that has been proven defective, we will refund the full amount of the product on the payment method used at the time of purchase, including taxes, duties, and the shipping. You will be informed via email once we issue the refund. Orders can only be refunded to the original form of payment and issued to the person who placed the order. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. The variation in time to complete the refund process depends on your card issuer and unfortunately, we have no influence on this delay. Quality assurance checks will take place before all refunds are processed. The returns which do not fulfill the conditions outlined above will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
8. Exchanges
CUiRASÉX does not offer exchanges in our system at this time.
